Easy Pork Chili
1 pound ground sausage
1 large onion, chopped
2 – 16 oz. cans chili beans, undrained
1 – 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
3 cups water
1 – 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 envelope chili seasoning mix
2 tablespoons sugar
~In a Dutch oven, cook sausage and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain.
~Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 20 minutes, stirring often.
~Makes 12 servings.
