VENUS, Pa. (EYT) – A 51-year-old Venus man was injured in a one-vehicle accident in Pinegrove Township, Venango County yesterday morning.

Police said 51-year-old David R. McKinney, of Venus, lost control of his vehicle while traveling east on Route 157 around 8:30 a.m. yesterday.

McKinney’s vehicle traveled off the roadway and struck a tree and a pile of rocks before rolling over.

McKinney sustained minor injuries in the crash.

He was cited for driving too fast.
