CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — A Franklin woman is accused of stealing money from the Cranberry Township Walmart where she worked.

According to Franklin-based State Police, Melissa Sue Kirchner, 28, stole money from the store’s cash registers on several occasions, totaling $825.

Charges of theft by unlawful taking were filed against Kirchner on June 8.

Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 19.
