Wanted Oil City Man Apprehended by State Police

FARMINGTON TWP., Pa. (EYT) — An Oil City man who was wanted in two counties was arrested Monday night by Marienville-based State Police.

According to a release issued Tuesday, troopers were called to a restaurant/bar along Route 36 in Farmington Township, Clarion County, around 9:03 p.m.

There, police arrested 42-year-old Jeramy M. Ketterer.

He was lodged in the Clarion County Jail, awaiting extradition to Butler County where law enforcement officials in the Sheriff’s Department have a bench warrant for his arrest.

Ketterer was also found to be wanted in Venango County on a bench warrant and other warrants.

Ketterer, a former Clarion County resident, has served time for past offenses in Erie, Venango, and Jefferson counties, including for DUI, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and escape. He also served probation in Clarion County for simple assault and was in the ARD program for DUI.
