FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin Police Department served the following warrants:

September 5, 2014

According to police, around 3:38 p.m. on September 5, 59-year-old Allen Bruce Taylor, Jr., of Franklin, arrived at Franklin Police Department to take care of a traffic warning card. He was found to have an active warrant issued by Judge Snyder’s office for a failure to respond to a traffic citation that was issued in 2013.

He was arrested and transported to Judge Snyder’s office for a hearing, police say.

He was later released after the fine was paid.

September 9, 2014

Around 7:50 p.m. on September 9, officers responded to a domestic dispute and observed 39-year-old James M. Docherty, of Franklin, according to police.

He was known to have active warrants and was arrested on two active warrants that were issued by Magistrate Snyder’s office, police say.

The warrants were for disorderly conduct citations and failure to respond, according to police.

He was transported to Franklin Police Department where he was later released.

No other information was provided.

September 10, 2014

Police say around 5:49 p.m. on September 10, 29-year-old Dusty Carter, of Franklin, was arrested at her residence due to three active warrants that were issued by Magistrate Snyder’s office.

She was arrested and lodged in the Venango County Jail.
