OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — According to the Oil City Police Department, a Warren teenager was arrested with public drunkenness and underage drinking in Oil City, Venango County, Pa.

Police say around 1:44 a.m. on October 2, 2012, they responded to a report of a disturbance at 1951 West First Street in Oil City.

As a result, Nathan Lee Suranofsky of 648 Marvin Street, Warren, Pa., was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and underage drinking.
