Waterloo Road in Venango County Closed for Bridge Repairs

OIL CITY, Pa. – Waterloo Road (Route 3023) is closed to through traffic near the border of Utica Borough and Frenchcreek Township in Venango County.

The roadway is expected to remain closed until October 4, 2019. A detour is posted using Georgetown Road (Route 3026) and Utica Road (Route 3017).

The closure is necessary in order for bridge repairs to be completed by PennDOT maintenance employees in Venango County.

PennDOT urges motorists to slow down when driving in work zones, and also to be alert to changing conditions, avoid distractions and to pay attention to signs and flaggers. Drive responsibly in work zones for your safety and the safety of the workers.
