Wayne Thomas Walter, 90,of Clintonville passed away March 31, 2013 at Hamot Medical Center in Erie.

Born August 11, 1922 in Pone Hill he was the son of Lewis Walter and Melda Martin Walter. Wayne was first married to Bernice Switzer Walter. He then married Erla Shaw Walter. Wayne retired from Bessemer Cooper Energy as a laborer.

Wayne is survived by his children Anna Mae Yoder and her husband Jobe of Rimersburg, Kathy Winslow of Rimersburg, Thomas Walter and his wife Cheri of Harrisville, John Walter of Clintonville, Gary Shaw and his wife Sharon of Clintonville. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Proceeded by his wives and two sister Sylvia Hovis and Twila Wilkens and a infant son Sam.

Private funeral service will take place at the Larry E. McKinley Funeral Home. Interment will take place at the Clintonville Methodist Cemetery. The family suggest in lieu of flowers donations be made to a charity of one’s choice.
