…WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON…

* WHAT…Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches are expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west-central Pennsylvania.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the morning commute.
