William B. Winger, 90, of Gerry, New York, formerly of Cranberry, died at 11:38 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2012 at Heritage Village Rehabilitation in Gerry, New York, following a brief illness.

Funeral arrangements are being completed by the Hile-Best Funeral Home, Inc., in Seneca, Cranberry Township.
