Wolf’s Corners Fair Wraps Up Today

TIONESTA, Pa. (EYT) — Wolf’s Corners Fair will wrap up today.

The fair is held at the Wolf’s Corners Fairgrounds located at 2612 Lake Lucy Road in Tionesta.

The admission fee is $7.00 per person; the cost includes parking, midway rides, and entry to all shows.

The annual fair – billed as Clarion County’s “biggest little fair” in northern Clarion County – dates back to 1940.

The longest running tradition at the fair has been the draft horse pulls held every year since its inception on the Fourth of July.

Throughout the fair’s existence, they have also added the midway, amusements, games, and a large Youth and Ag Program to the fair schedule.

One of the most popular events of the fair is the demolition derby which will be held today.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

Saturday, July 8

10:00 a.m. – Fairgrounds and Gates Open

10:00 a.m. – Fair Exhibits Open

Throughout the day – Axe Women Loggers of Maine (Four Shows)

Throughout the day – The Chicken Show (Multiple Shows)

11:00 a.m. – Carnival Opens

Noon – Gutz n Glory Lawn & Garden Tractor Pull

3:00 p.m. – Demolition Derby Car Registration

3:00 p.m. – Wolf’s Corners Youth & Ag Livestock Auction

5:00 p.m. – Robyn Young – Music Entertainment

6:00 to 8:00 p.m. – Fair Exhibits Released

7:00 p.m. – Lightweight Horse Pulls

6:00 p.m. – Full Size/Mid Size Car Demolition Derby
