Woman Accused of Giving False Name to Law Enforcement, Possessing Drug Paraphernalia

HandcuffsFRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Sugarcreek Borough Police say an incident of false indentification occurred on Miller Street, in Franklin, Venango County.

Charges were filed against 32-year-old April Lee after an investigation that indicated “she gave a false name to hide her true identity because she was on state probation and parole, according to police.

Police say Lee also had drug paraphernalia in her purse.

The incident occurred around 10:13 p.m. on July 30.

According to police, the following charges were filed against Lee:

  • Unsworn Falsification to Law Enforcement
  • False Identification to Law Enforcement
  • Drug Paraphernalia
