Woman Ejected After Vehicle Rolls Five Times in Oil Creek Crash

OILCREEK TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A Titusville woman was ejected from her vehicle during a one-vehicle crash on Titusville Road Sunday evening in Oilcreek Township, Venango County.

According to a report issued by Franklin-based State Police, around 5:25 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 35-year-old Amanda G. Clouser, of Titusville, was traveling west on State Route 27 in a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt when she swerved into the eastbound lane.

Police said the woman overcorrected while steering back into the westbound lane. The vehicle left the northern side of the roadway and struck an embankment before rolling over five times. It came to a final rest in the westbound lane.

Clouser was wearing a seatbelt; however, she was still ejected from the vehicle as a result of the accident.

She was transported to Titusville Area Hospital for suspected minor injuries.

She was cited for a lane violation, according to police.

Emergycare Ambulance Service assisted at the scene.
