Deb Woolcock, office manager, told exploreVenango.com, “We have seen a lot of changes over the years with procedures and fees, but one thing that has remained consistent is our commitment to our customers.”

Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

There are three agency employees who are notaries and are able to service you. They are able to notarize all your important documents that require a notary stamp.

Please remember that personal appearance is always required by state law. Some examples of acceptable forms of ID for regular notary services are: driver’s license, passport or passport card, U.S. Armed Forces card, Social Security card, Medicare card, and any government issued ID that which is current and contains a signature or photograph.

The agency is also a licensed Full Agent with PennDOT and can process title transfers, registration renewals, or reissue lost credentials or plates for any vehicle or trailer. If you are selling a car to someone out of state and they need a plate to drive the vehicle back, the notary office can also issue in-transit plates.

The agency also has a contract with DCNR to be able to process ATV and snowmobile titles and registrations.
