CORNPLANTER TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash that occurred on Oak Road on Monday morning.

According to Franklin-based State Police, the crash happened around 8:18 a.m. on Monday, January 23, on Oak Road, in Cornplanter Township, Venango County.

Police say 29-year-old Taylor R. Kline, of Oil City, was making a right turn out of the Child Development Center driveway in a 2017 Dodge Durango and failed to see a 2022 Ford pickup operated by 74-year-old Thomas L. Wisner, of Polk.

Kline was unable to steer out of the path of the Ford as the roads were snow-covered and wet, police say.

Kline was using a seat belt and was not injured.

Wisner and his passengers—57-year-old Carl K. Hampton, 65-year-old Robert K. Beggs, 36-year-old Cheri L. Whitford, 66-year-old Colleen S. Vistins, and 78-year-old Eugene R. Olon, all of Oil City—were not injured.
