FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Authorities have captured a man who failed to return to the Venango County Jail after he left for a job search.

Shirley Ruth Andre, 86, a resident of Saxony Health Center in Saxonburg, formerly of Chicora, went to be with the Lord unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, June 27, 2017 at Butler Memorial Hospital following a brief illness.
