Anna Marie was born to the late Nicholas and Nellie Olsofka, August 27, 1941, in Oil City, Pennsylvania.

Anna Marie was passionate about helping others and began her career in health services in 1962 as a registered nurse, followed by a registered nurse anesthetist (1965 Oil City Hospital), director of nursing and Assistant Administrator at Johnston Willis Hospital (292 bed HCA Hospital in Richmond Virginia). Prior to her retirement, Anna Marie served as Hospital Administrator, City of Milan Hospital (Milan TN).

She graduated from Oil City High School in 1959; completed a Bachelor’s degree in business from VCU in 1980 and a master of science in health administration from Gannon University in 1982.

Anna Marie was an active member of the Lions Club, Golden Agers, Polish National Alliance,

She was predeceased by her husband Thomas Larkin in 1978; and Sister Louise Olsofka in 2007. She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her sister Betty Gardiner of Oil City; brother Frank Olsofka of Mayfield, Kentucky; loving children Kevin Larkin of Peoria, Illinois and Christine Larkin of Milton, Ontario. She is also survived by six grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Parish, 7 Pulaski St. Oil City, PA 16301 with luncheon to follow. Friends and relatives are invited and may call at the Reinsel Funeral Home at 116 Bissell Ave in Oil City, PA on Friday, January 2, 2015 from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. and again 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
