Cooperstown Man Injured in Crash

CLARION COUNTY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, one person was injured in a crash in Ashland Twp., Clarion County, Pa.

Police say around 3:00 a.m. on August 28, 2012, 23-year-old Jacob A. Kellogg of Cooperstown, Pa., received minor injuries in a one-car accident on Golf Course Road, just east of Camp Coffman Road in Ashland Twp., Clarion Co., Pa.

According to police, the crash occurred as Kellogg, driving a 2002 Toyota Corolla, crossed the center line and struck an embankment; consequently, the vehicle rolled onto its roof.

Kellogg was using his seat belt.

He was charged with failing to drive on right side of roadway.
