Case details:

On March 21, Oil City Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence on Manning Street based on an investigation of gun violations that began in February 2018.

During a search of the house, officers located a bag in the bedroom allegedly belonging to Goodman and Hurst. A search of the bag revealed a substantial amount of marijuana along with packaging materials, digital scales, and two bongs.

The bag was located where one of the minor children living inside the residence would have had access to it, according to police.

Officers also located a loaded .22 caliber rifle on the dresser of the bedroom. The firearm was seized for safekeeping. A search of the residence revealed a “makeshift” shooting range where Goodman or other occupants of the residence fired the said .22 caliber rifle and another small caliber firearm, court documents indicate.
