OIL CITY, Pa. — Emily Coxson, of Oil City High School, was crowned Oil Heritage Festival Queen on Thursday night on Central Plaza in Oil City.

After being crowned, friends and family congratulated her. Her stepdad Dave Feltenberger hammed it up with her as she posed for pictures with her posse.

“Now, I have to give a speech next year,” she lamented with a smile on her face.
