SANDYCREEK TWP, Pa. (EYT) – State Police in Franklin say a 45-year-old woman escaped injury in a one-vehicle crash in Sandycreek Township, Venango County, on Tuesday morning.

State Police say the accident happened around 8:05 a.m. when 45-year-old Jayne L. Bower, of Avondale, lost control of her vehicle while traveling south on Bully Hill Road.

Police say Bower’s vehicle “broke traction,” causing her to lose control and travel off the right side of the roadway.

Bower’s vehicle then struck the hillside before rolling onto its left side.

She was wearing a safety belt and was not injured.

Sandycreek VFD and Franklin Police Department assisted at the scene.
