Driver Found Passed Out on Meth at Two Mile Run Park

OAKLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) — State police have released information regarding a driver who was found passed out on meth at Two Mile Run Park. 

According to Franklin-based State Police, troopers were conducting a patrol check for a 2012 Ford Escape in Two Mile Run Park near Campground Road in Oakland Township, Venango County, just after midnight on Monday, July 4.

Police say the vehicle was located with a male subject passed out behind the wheel and two other occupants smoking inside the vehicle.

The male subject behind the wheel was found to be under the influence of methamphetamine.

A female passenger had an arrest warrant out of the Venango County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation, police say.

According to police, a search warrant was obtained for the vehicle, and troopers located controlled substances, as well as drug paraphernalia.

The arrestees are listed as a 37-year-old Lancaster man, a 23-year-old Franklin woman, and a 47-year-old Franklin man.

Charges were filed through Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish’s office against all three individuals.

The names of the individuals were not released.
