Toni Coover, of Oil City, has announced the engagement and forthcoming marriage of her daughter Miranda Coover to Brandon Crabtree, both of Oil City.
Brandon is the son of Bryan and Angela Crabtree. also of Oil City.
An October 2023 wedding is being planned.
