Ethel M. Fulton, 101, formerly of Harrisville died Sunday April 27, 2014 at Trinity Living Center, Grove City.

A daughter of the late John F. and Anna Belle Fleming Koepke Sr, she was born in Pittsburgh on May 7, 1912.

She was a graduate of Peabody High School.

Ethel was employed as a bank teller for Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh before moving to Harrisville in 1974.

She then worked 15 years for N. Lee Ligo Associates of Slippery Rock.

Mrs. Fulton had been an active member of the Harmony Presbyterian Church where she was a member of the Esther Ruth Circle and served as church treasurer.

She had been a member of the Eastern Star in Grove City and volunteered for the Northern Butler County Food Pantry.

On November 26, 1956 she married William D. Fulton; he died April 16, 1971.

Surviving are a brother John F. Koepke Jr. of Bethel Park; two step-daughters Audrey J. Fulton and Mrs. Carl (Dolores) Nelson both of McKeesport; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sister Ruth K. Blohm.

Memorial services will be held in the Jamison Funeral Home 117 N. Main St., Harrisville at 11 a.m. Thursday May 1 with her nephew Rev. John F. “Jack” Koepke and the Rev. Dr. John C. McElwain, her former pastor officiating.

Her family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of the service.

Interment will follow in Allegheny Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
