Clarion University of Pennsylvania, Northwest PA Rural AIDS Alliance is seeking a highly motivated and talented case manager through PSSU bargaining unit.

This position is represented and classified as Social Worker 1/Medical Case Manager. The position will work from our Clarion office and will be required to travel extensively as part of the assigned job duties.

Applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other related field. Prior experience delivering physiological, psychological or social services in a community setting is preferred. Knowledge of physiological, psychological, and social problems common to the target group is preferred. Bilingual (in English and Spanish) also preferred. Preference will also be given to individuals with at least 3 years of case management experience serving individuals (and their family) who are living with HIV/AIDS.
