Four Cooperstown Women Charged with Harassment Following Alleged Altercation

JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 6:30 p.m. on January 18, an incident of Harassment occurred on Titen Lane, in Jackson Township, Venango County.

According to police, the following individuals were allegedly involved in a verbal argument at the above described location:

20-year-old Courtney Phillips, of Cooperstown
55-year-old Donna Hill, of Cooperstown
34-year-old Tina Colwell, of Cooperstown
36-year-old Tammy Collwell, of Cooperstown

Police say the altercation became physical when Phillips allegedly shoved Hill against a wall causing a minor injury.

According to police, Hill, Tina Colwell, and Tammy Colwell then allegedly struck Phillips in the head and stomach causing minor injuries.

All four individuals involved in the altercation were cited for summary Harassment through District Magistrate 28-3-01.

No other information was provided.
