FOXBURG, Pa. – Foxburg Maple Syrup Festival will be held in Foxburg on Saturday, April 27, and the Foxburg Maplefest 5K Run/Walk will be held on Sunday, April 28.
The Maple Syrup Festival event begins at 10:00 a.m. on Main Street, in Downtown Foxburg.
There will be a pancake and sausage breakfast, with the proceeds benefiting the Foxburg Free Library.
Vendors will be in downtown Foxburg displaying jewelry, books by local authors, cupcakes, and much more.
There will also be entertainment provided by chain saw carvers and performers from the region.
Here is the schedule for Saturday:
12:00 – 1:00 pm – Trina Hess at Allegheny Grille
1:00 – 2:00 pm – Drew Orient (jazz) at Red Brick
2:00 – 3:00 pm – Fred Oakman (singer/songwriter) at Foxburg Pizza
3:00 – 4:00 pm – Jerome Wincek (Oil City native, folk/indie) at Winery
4:00 – 5:00 pm – Men of Faith (gospel) at Foxburg Pizza
5:00 – 6:00 pm – Garret Heath & Band (folk)

Foxburg Maplefest 5K Run/Walk
On Sunday, April 28, the second annual Foxburg Maplefest 5K Run/Walk will be held.
For those who are registering the day of the race, registration is at 10:00 a.m. The race begins at 11:00 a.m.
The run/walk event will be held along the Allegheny River Bike Trail.
This is the second of a six part Foxburg Run/Walk series.
The net proceeds from this event will benefit three local fire companies from Emlenton, Parker and St. Petersburg.
