HAMLIN TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police say a Franklin man was arrested for DUI and drug possession in McKean County on Sunday afternoon.

According to Lewis Run-based State Police, around 4:28 p.m. on Sunday, May 2, a traffic stop was initiated on a 2015 Dodge Dart on Lindholm Road in Hamlin Township, McKean County, for multiple traffic violations.

Police say upon further investigation, the driver, identified as 34-year-old David Sibble, of Franklin, was found to be driving under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance and related paraphernalia.

According to police, Sibble was subsequently placed under arrest and transported for a legal blood draw.

Charges are pending blood test results.
