FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) – Franklin police arrested 20-year-old man on drug charges yesterday.

Police were following up on a prior incident at a location on 14th Street when they say Brandon Laing was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laing was arrested and transported to Franklin Police Department for processing.

He faces one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bail was set at $5000.
