JACKSON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 9:51 p.m. on April 12, an incident of DUI and Underage Drinking occurred on Baker Road, in Jackson Township, Venango County.

Police say 19-year-old Cody Bacher, of Franklin, was stopped for multiple traffic violations on Baker Road.

He was allegedly found to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI and underage drinking.

Charges are pending BAC results.
