COOPERSTOWN BORO, Pa. (EYT) — According to Franklin-based State Police, around 1:48 a.m. on April 13, an alleged DUI arrest occurred on State Route 427, in Cooperstown Boro, Venango County.

Police say a Chrysler Sebring was stopped due to erratic operation.

According to police, the operator, 61-year-old Susan J. Burger, of Franklin, was allegedly found to be intoxicated and was subsequently arrested for DUI.
