Fryburg Man Arrested for Alleged Sexual Assault of 14-year-old Girl

PAINT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – A 22-year-old Fryburg man is facing a slew of charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old female around 4:00 p.m. on July 18, in Paint Township, Clarion County.

Marienville-based State Police say 22-year-old Casey J. Rapp, of Fryburg, was arrested and arraigned before On-Call District Judge Duane Quinn on the following charges in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl at a location on Kiser-Wagner Road:

– Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse (Felony)
– Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse with a person Less than 16 Years of Age (Felony)
– Sexual Assault (Felony)
– Statutory Sexual Assault: 8-11 Years Older (Felony)
– Aggravated Indecent Assault without Consent (Felony)
– Aggravated Indecent Assault – Comp. Less Than 16 (Felony)
– Indecent Assault without Cons Of Other (Misdemeanor)
– Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Yrs Age (Misdemeanor)

Unable to post $50,000.00 cash bail, Rapp was remanded to the Clarion County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 1.
