GNCC Racing Series This Weekend at Foxburg

FOXBURG, Pa.  – America’s largest off-road motorcycle and ATV racing series is set to land in Foxburg, Pa., this Saturday and Sunday, September 21 and 22, as the nationally recognized racing series prepares to descend upon the property of the prestigious RiverStone Estate for Round 11 of the AMSOIL Grand National Cross Country Series.

The Car-Mate Gusher GNCC is expected to attract over 1,400 competitors from all over the country and a few thousand racing fans to the area, as the GNCC Series makes its much-anticipated stop in Northwest Pennsylvania. Spectators, racing industry personnel, and the riders themselves, will fill hotels and restaurants in anticipation for the weekend’s event in Foxburg. With hundreds of race rigs, vans and other vehicles used to transport team equipment; gas stations will also see a significant rise in activity. Beginning on Thursday and ending Sunday, the event truly lasts all weekend for everyone involved.

For fans in attendance, they have the one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy live music from Pennsylvania’s own alternative cover band Constant Distraction, local vendors and artisans, a premiere series sponsor village, as well as exciting race action throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. The Christian Motorcyclists Association (CMA) Chapter #425 of Franklin, Pa., will be on hand all weekend long to provide an evangelistic association for motorcycling.

Four-wheeled ATVs will compete throughout the day on Saturday, September 21 and dirt bikes will race on Sunday, September 22. Local riders are invited to race the event as well, as GNCC racing offers classes for riders of all skill and experience levels. The amateur racer entry fee is $40 and riders can sign up at the track.

Spectator passes run $15 for the full weekend, with pro pit access and pro autographs at no additional charge. On both Saturday and Sunday, youth riders race at 8 a.m., amateurs race at 10 a.m., and the top amateurs and the pros race at 1 p.m.
