OIL CITY, Pa. — Bridge Builders Community Foundations and affiliates are now accepting applications for the Fall 2015 grant cycle.

BBCF makes grants that fulfill needs or address community concerns in the areas of human/social services, arts and culture, educational needs, and historic/preservation.

This process is an online application.
