Judith N. Flickner, 75, Central City, PA, formerly of Franklin and Oil City, Pa., died Monday, November 28, 2016, at Memorial Medical Center.

Born June 29, 1941, in Oil City, to the late Jerry E. Sr. and Ethel Nellis.

She was a member of the Central City United Methodist Church and the Red Hats. Judy enjoyed reading, crocheting, eating out and hanging at the corner booth at Knapps.

Survived by children, Kimberly Palanes, Central City; Kelly (Sam) Maddy, Cairnbrook; Rick (Renee), Windber; and Rhonda Chappell, N. Huntington; grandchildren, Adam (Kaitlyn) Maddy, Eric (Jessica) Maddy, Cassidy (Nate) Chappell and Keith (Olivia) Lehman; brother, Jerry E. (Suzette) Nellis Jr.; nephew, Mike (Kathy); and niece, Amy (Jim) Still. Also survived by former husband, William L. Flickner, of Franklin; former sons-in-law, Alan and Chris; and numerous relatives from the Nellis, Graham and Flickner families.

Special thanks to Roxanne, Marie, Amy Schaub, Louanne, Clyde, Marge and everyone else who helped mom the last few years. It was greatly appreciated.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Mulcahy Funeral Home, the Rev. John Hickman.
