IRWIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say around 5:53 p.m. on April 17, an incident of scattering rubbish occurred on Jacobs Road, in Irwin Township, Venango County.

According to police, a 17-year-old known juvenile male disposed of multiple bags of garbage on Jacobs Road.

A non-traffic citation will be filed at District Court 28-3-04.
