Kennerdell Man Charged with Another Burglary

MERCER COUNTY, Pa. — A Kennerdell man has been charged with three burglaries that occurred in Grove City, Mercer County.

According to court documents, 36-year-old Anthony Healey, of Kennerdell, has been charged with burglaries that occurred on September 11, 2012; September 13, 2012; and October 4, 2012.

He is charged with the following offenses:

-3 Counts of Burglary — Not Adapted for Overnight Accomodation, No Person Present, Felony 2
-3 Counts of Theft By Unlawfor Taking-Movable Property, Misdemeanor 1

According to a published article in the Sharon Herald, Healey burglarized two businesses in Grove City: Sherwin Williams and Save A Lot.

Around 6:50 a.m. on September 11, 2012, Healey stole $3689.00 in merchandise from Sherwin Williams.

Around 1:52 a.m. on September 13, 2012, Healey stole $292.00 in merchandise from Save A Lot; he returned to Save A Lot around 2:54 a.m. on October 4, 2012, and stole $1,251.00 in merchandise.

Unable to post $25,000.00 bail, Healey is lodged in the Mercer County jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. on January 22 before District Judge D. Neil McEwen.

Earlier this year, Healey was charged with burglary and retail theft that occurred at Clarion Walmart store and at 1876 Lisbon Road in Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.
