Police say it was discovered that Kennelley had done significant damage to the interior of the hall, as well as stayed in the hall when he did not have permission to be there.

Court documents indicate Kennelley was arraigned in front of Magisterial District Judge Amy L. Nicols at 4:45 p.m. on September 28, on the following charges:

Unable to post $20,000.00 monetary bail, he was lodged in the Crawford County Jail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on December 2, with Judge Nicols presiding.
