Man Accused of Furnishing Alcohol to Teen Transported to ER

FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Sugarcreek Borough Police report an incident of corruption of minors occurred in Franklin.

Police were dispatched to a location along Venango Street around 11:43 p.m. August 13 for an unconscious 16-year-old boy and discovered the boy had consumed too much alcohol.

The boy was transported to the emergency room by ambulance, according to police.

Police allege Jarrod Montgomery furnished alcohol to the teen.

The police report indicates it is an incident of first-degree misdemeanor corruption of minors and third-degree misdemeanor selling or furnishing liquor or malt brewed beverages to minors.
