Man Arrested for Disorderly Conduct at Towne Towers

OIL CITY, Pa (EYT) — An incident of disorderly conduct and harassment occurred around 1:00 a.m. on Tuesday at Towne Towers in Oil City.

Oil City Police were dispatched to Towne Towers on March 25 for a disturbance in the common area on the first floor.

James Coulter was arrested and cited for disorderly conduct and two counts of harassment, police say.

Charges were filed through District Magistrate Dinberg’s office.
