FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Police say a man was arrested in Franklin on Wednesday for violating a Protection From Abuse (PFA) order and threatening a victim.

According to Franklin Police, 24-year-old Phillip Davis, Jr., who is listed as transient, was arrested around 9:50 p.m. on April 7.

Police say Davis went to the apartment of an individual with a PFA order against him after messaging the victim, saying, “you will get what you deserve.”

Davis allegedly covered the peephole in the door of the apartment so the victim could not see him and then demanded to be let into the residence. He was told multiple times to leave and was told the police had been called.

According to police, Davis then popped out a screen and began tapping on a window with a knife, stating he was going to “slit his wrists” in front of the apartment if he was not allowed inside.

Police say Davis was subsequently arrested for contempt for violation of and order or agreement, stalking, terroristic threats, and defiant trespass.

Court documents indicate Davis is also facing a hearing on an incident of contempt for violation of an order or agreement on April 9 in relation to an incident on November 25, 2020. He also has an additional court of common pleas case pending related to charges of unsworn falsification to authorities in relation to an incident on February 25.
