Man Arrested on DUI Charges in Cornplanter Township

Scales of Justice and Judge`s gavelCORNPLANTER TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – Online court documents indicate a 30-year-old man faces DUI and related charges following an incident that occurred on July 7, in Cornplanter Township, Venango County.

According to documents filed on July 30, 30-year-old Joshua Alan Ashbaugh, of Lamartine, is awaiting a preliminary hearing on the following charges:

  • DUI: General Impairment/Incompetent of Driving Safely – 1st Offense
  • DUI: Gen Impairment (BAC .08 – .10) 1st Offense
  • Not Use Low Beam
  • Restrictions on Alcoholic Beverages
  • Driving While Operator Privileges Suspended Or Revoked
  • Driving W/O A License
  • Careless Driving
  • Fail to use safety belt – driver and front seat occupant
  • Investigation By Officer/Duty Of Operator
  • Fail to Notify Change in Address

The hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. on September 30 in Venango County
Central Court in front of Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish.
