Man Jailed After Allegedly Assaulting Woman During Domestic Dispute in Clinton Township

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) – According to Franklin-based State Police, a Pittsburgh man has been committed to the Venango County Jail following an assault that occurred on October 4 in Clinton Township, Venango County.

Police say the incident occurred sometime between 11:30p.m. and 11:59 p.m. as Jack Lee Toth, 47, of Pittsburgh, allegedly physically assaulted a 46-year-old New Brighton woman while they were engaged in a domestic dispute at a location on the west side of Bullion Road.

Toth was arraigned before District Judge Andrew F. Fish for Simple Assault and Harassment.

Toth was committed to the Venango County Jail after failing to post $15,000.00 bail.
