Mark J. Lutz

Mark J. Lutz, 56, of Lucinda passed away unexpectedly on August 30, 2017.

Born on August 29, 1961 and he was the son of David J. and Mary J. “Tip” Hargenrader Lutz.

He was a 1979 graduate of North Clarion High School.

Mark worked at GP Lumber Co. in Marble, Carrera Steel in Erie, Carmate in Leeper, and Pennwest Manufacturing in Emlenton.

When not working he enjoyed golfing, playing pool, hunting, and riding his four wheeler.

He was a member of Knox Rod and Gun and the Fryburg Sportsman’s Club.

Mark served in the United States Air Force where he was a jet engine mechanic.

He is survived by his mother Tip, his children Zachary Lutz and his wife Danielle of Emlenton, Shane Lutz and his wife Sara of Clearfield and Tabatha Lutz of Seneca. Also surviving are his grandchildren David and Callie Lutz; Alina, Paxton, and Harper Lutz; Samantha and Nicolas Howland. Also surviving are sisters Kimberly Rathfon and husband Lance of Leeper; and Theresa Zerbe and husband Matt of Lucinda. Also surviving are his good friends Tom and Ann Hargenrader.

Mark was preceded in death by his father David J. Lutz on January 11, 2015

As per his wishes there will be no visitation. Faller Funeral Home, Inc. will be caring for the family.

Interment will be in the St. Michael Cemetery at a later date.
