Maxine S. Wolbert, 83, of Golden LivingCenter-Shippenville, and formerly of Crown, died early Monday morning, October 29, 2012, at Clarion Hospital. Born August 21, 1929, in Crown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Grace (Guiton) Young.

She was married to Arthur J. (Skip) Wolbert on November 18, 1948, who preceded her in death on June 26, 1994.

Maxine was a member of Good Shepherd United Methodist Church. She was a homemaker and enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was very appreciative and felt comfortable with the care provided by the Golden LivingCenter-Shippenville staff.
