Man Faces Charges for Shoplifting Energy Drinks at Sheetz

PINE TWP., Pa. (EYT) — Police say a 31-year-old man is facing charges after being caught shoplifting energy drinks from an area Sheetz store.

Around 4:16 p.m. on Tuesday, March 24, Mercer-based State Police investigated a retail theft that was reported at the Sheetz on West Main Street in Grove City, Pine Township, Mercer County.

Police say it was reported that a man concealed two Monster energy drinks, valued at $4.77, in his pants, and then left the store without purchasing the items.

According to police, the man was later identified as 31-year-old Justin Hile, of Mercer.

Charges are pending in District Court 35-3-02.
