VENANGO CO., Pa. (EYT) — Route 8 by-pass has reopened after a two-vehicle crash shut down the roadway this afternoon.
According to the Oil City Police Department, the roadway reopened shortly after 6:00 p.m.
Venango County 9-1-1 reported that the two-vehicle crash on Route 8 by-pass was called in around 1:29 p.m.
Oil City Police Department, Community Ambulance Service, and fire departments from Oil City, Cornplanter, Rouseville, and Seneca were dispatched to the scene.
Route 8 was closed from Center Street to Seneca Street in Oil City.
