Altercation at Billy’s Bar

According to a criminal complaint, the incident began when Jordan Sloan allegedly engaged in an altercation with a female victim and a male victim at Billy’s Bar.

The complaint indicates that the altercation occurred when the female victim, a current or former girlfriend of Jordan, was at Billy’s Bar and reportedly asked the male victim to play pool.

The female victim previously had a PFA against Jordan relating to an alleged domestic violence incident, but the PFA had reportedly been vacated, the complaint continues.

Jordan was allegedly at the bar and watching when the female victim reportedly “put her arm around the male victim.” Jordan then allegedly became jealous and upset, and confronted the male victim inside the bar, at which point a bartender allegedly intervened, the complaint states.

According to the compliant, Jordan allegedly confronted the male victim again outside the bar where they engaged in fighting.

Oil City Police responded to the incident, but Jordan had fled the scene, the complaint indicates.

Criminal Trespass/Burglary at Twin Oaks Townhouses

After the incident outside Billy’s Bar, the female victim and the male victim went back to the female victim’s apartment located at Twin Oaks Townhouses in Seneca, according to the complaint.

Jordan, his brother Brandon Sloan, and another male then allegedly arrived at the female victim’s apartment and began beating on the door, states the complaint.

After the female victim answered the door, Jordan reportedly saw the male victim at the top of the steps inside the apartment. Jordan, Brandon, and the other male allegedly entered the apartment and proceeded to an upstairs bedroom where Jordan allegedly confronted the male victim, the complaint continues.

According to the complaint, Jordan and the male victim allegedly engaged in a physical altercation.

The male victim told Trooper Johnson he “was eventually able to take Jordan to the floor and restrain him.” The male victim then advised Brandon and the other male that he was not hitting Jordan and that they should help get Jordan out of the apartment, the complaint states.

According the complaint, Jordan allegedly engaged in a verbal dispute with the female victim before all three males left the apartment.

Once the three males left, the male and female victim reportedly barricaded the doors to the apartment, pulled a dresser across the top of the stairway, and began gathering objects as weapons, along with an opened bottle of Clorox toilet cleaner, continues the complaint.

The male victim then reported heard individuals allegedly beating on the door again and kicking in the back door of the apartment in while he was upstairs, the complaint states.

The male victim told Trooper Johnson no one entered the apartment after the door was kicked in and the three males had apparently left, the complaint indicates.

During the course of events, Jordan Sloan allegedly sent messages to the male victim, via Facebook, in essence calling him out to fight, continues the complaint.
