Oil City Man Charged After Allegedly Smashing Man’s Windshield With Concrete

OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) – . An Oil City man is facing criminal charges for allegedly throwing a piece of concrete at a man’s windshield.

The following charges were filed against 22-year-old Brandon Michael Bundy, on June 17, at Magisterial District Judge Andrew F. Fish’s office:

  • Disorderly Conduct Engage in Fighting, Misdemeanor 3
  • Criminal Mischief – Damage Property, Summary

According to a criminal complaint, the investigation was initiated when a known man filed a report at Oil City Police Department indicating that Brandon Bundy broke the windshield of his minivan while it was parked at a residence along Plum Street.

The victim told police that an altercation occurred between Bundy and himself and he asked Bundy to leave the residence several times. When Bundy finally left, he allegedly went outside and picked up a piece of concrete and threw it at the victim’s windshield. The impact caused substantial damage, rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive, according to the criminal complaint.

Bundy’s whereabouts were unknown as of June 17.

He faces a preliminary hearing on July 20 in Venango County Central Court.
