OIL CITY, Pa. (EYT) — According to Oil City Police Department, around 2:59 a.m. on February 27, a drug arrest was made at the West End Pond, in Oil City, Venango County.

The Oil City Police Department took two males into custody — 19-year-old Stephen Green, of Oil City, and 18-year-old Kyle Weckerly, of Seneca — after investigating a suspicious vehicle at the West End Pond.

In the course of the investigation, officers allegedly located a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to police.

Charges will be filed, police say.
